The standard policy already covers short delays, however, if you need longer, you may have to apply for annual coverage. If your travel plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. You can email us at getcovered@california.com.hk.

Yes, provided you don't take part professionally.

For example, activities such as scuba diving and trekking are covered, as long as the trekking altitude does not exceed 5,000 meters above sea level or the scuba diving depth does not exceed 30 meters below sea level.

To make a claim, please submit the completed travel claim application form, together with supporting documents, no later than 30 days after the policy’s expiration date. (If the policy covers the whole year, it must be submitted within 30 days of the accident.)
