With California, you can add up to 2 people to a single vehicle at no additional cost. If you wish to exceed that number, we will assess the additional drivers and will adjust the premium accordingly.

In the event of an accident, please remember to:
Remain calm and check yourself for any injuries;
Report to the police if the accident involves injury to any person (no later than 24 hours after the accident);
Exchange details with the other party (e.g. name, contact number, and vehicle registration number);
Move your vehicle to a safe place and take photos of the damaged area;
Inform California Insurance with all relevant information to process the claim before the repair commences.

Simply contact us via email or mobile and we can make the relevant changes you require.

An NCD is a discount you will receive on your premium for not making a claim. For example, if you go for 1 year without making a claim, you can receive a 20% discount on your premium. If you don't make a claim within 2 years, the discount increases to 30%. Basically, the less you claim, the bigger the discount.
