Scope of coverage of Home Insurance and Fire Insurance is different but complementary. To have comprehensive protection, you are recommended to take out both policies. |

| A: | To indemnify the Insured and/or Family Members against all sums for which they become legally liable to pay for compensation in respect of Bodily Injury to any third party or accidental physical loss of or damage to property due to negligence occurring at Home and during the Period of Insurance. |

| Q: | If my window falls into the street, and become accidental loss of or damage to third party property or bodily injury, what should I do?
|
| A: | You should report this incident to your building manager and look into the actual cause of the damage. You should not admit liability to any party without our prior written consent. If your policy covers liability, you should report the incident to us by submitting a completed Claim Form as soon as possible. We will arrange loss adjusters to conduct investigation, if necessary. |
